- What style of BBQ do you serve.....and where does the name LowCountry come from?
We specialize in slow cooking fresh "Hand Pulled" Pork and grilled meats - along with a generation's old family recipe of Vinegar Based BBQ Sauce, that originates from the Coastal region of South Carolina.
- How long have you been catering in Atlanta?
LowCountry Barbecue has been a catering leader in the Atlanta area since 1986.
- Do you have a "minimum" for catering?
We do operate with a Guest minimum of 15 people for our delivery service....but always have our great foods available for pick up for smaller groups at our Catering locations
- How far will you travel?
While most of our catering takes place in town, LowCountry routinely travels outside the Metro area and can arrange to take our show on the road....anywhere! (We have catered overseas, Oregon, Wisconsin, Virginia, New York, Indiana, Florida, Tennessee....and all in between!)
- Do you have a retail Restaurant where I can try your food?
Yes! We have our first "Sit Down" restaurant location in the Johns Creek area - 3455 Peachtree Pkwy. Suwanee, GA 30024
- Can you assist me with Tables & Chairs (and other rental items) for my event?
Absolutely! LowCountry works with Atlanta's top vendors for all of your rental needs (Tables, Chairs, Linens, Tents, Heaters, Power Generators, etc....). We can also assist with Entertainment, Floral Decor -- and anything else you may need !!
- What level of service do I need for my group?
Our Event Specialists can help you determine exactly what level of service you may need for your event. No matter what size your event is - or what your needs may be....LowCountry Barbecue has a package for you !!
- I just need your great Barbecue Meats and maybe a few sides (and not a full event). Can you help me with that?
Yes....we offer any of great products for pick up - 7 days a week - at our restaurant or catering locations
- Do you have any options for Vegetarians -OR- menus for Kids?
Absolutely - LowCountry has a complete list of "Vegetarian" and "Kids" menu options. From Veggie Lasagna, Roasted Veggie Sandwiches to Hot Dogs and Chicken Fingers.....we have a menu selection to please all of your guests !!
- How much does it cost to cater an event?
If you need to simply have our foods for delivery or carry out - all of our pricing is listed on our Catering Menu (along with guidance on quantities needed). For our Full Service Catering, all prices are figured based upon your guest count, event location, menu desired, difficulty of set-up and amount of time required on site. Ask one of experienced Event Specialists to help you with a Custom Pricing proposal for your next special event!
